Job Descriptions
- Manage network systems, servers, CCTV and cybersecurity - Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment - Administer software and licenses, including Microsoft 365 - Provide IT support and troubleshooting for staff - Create IT documentation and manuals according to standards and regulations - Coordinate with external IT service providers
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
  2. Strong knowledge of computer setup, networking, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity
  3. Understanding of international standards and IT-related regulations including data protection laws
  4. Excellent English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing)
  5. Strong analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving abilities
  6. Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
  7. Honest, detail-oriented, and highly responsible
  8. Works well under pressure with positive attitude
