Job Descriptions
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• พัฒนาสูตรอาหารและสินค้าใหม่ตามนโยบายบริษัท
• ปรับปรุงสูตรเดิมให้เหมาะสมกับการผลิตจริง
• ทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์และวิเคราะห์คุณภาพเบื้องต้น
• จัดทำเอกสารสูตรมาตรฐาน (Spec, BOM, SOP)
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตและฝ่ายจัดซื้อ
• ตรวจสอบคุณภาพวัตถุดิบที่ใช้ในการทดลอง
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีอาหาร, วิทยาศาสตร์อาหาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน R&D อย่างน้อย 1 ปี (หากไม่มีแต่มีใจรักและขยัน เรายินดีสอนงาน)
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel/Word ได้ดี
- มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ และเรียนรู้ไว
