Job Descriptions
- Ensures Logistic operation to delivery best service to customers with efficiency and cost optimization. - Provides tactical planning and initiative for Logistic. - Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services. - Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle. - Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency. - Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries. - Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers. - Select carriers and negotiate contracts and rates. - Resolve any arising problems or complaints. - Supervise, coach and train warehouse and logistic workforce. - Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets. - Leads and defines Logistic KPIs and evaluate for result and performances. - Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements - Comply with laws, regulations. - Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chains, Logistics or other related fields
  2. At least 8 years experienced in Supply chain or Logistics roles
  3. Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  5. Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders across different levels
