Job Descriptions
• จัดทำและตรวจสอบรายงานการเงินของบริษัทให้ถูกต้องและทันเวลา • ตรวจสอบงบประมาณและการใช้จ่ายของบริษัท และให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการควบคุมค่าใช้จ่าย • จัดทำงบการเงิน เช่น งบกำไรขาดทุน งบดุล และรายงานทางการเงินต่างๆ • ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายนอก เช่น สรรพากร และธนาคาร • วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงินเพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร • จัดทำงบประมาณและรายงานการเงินประจำเดือน, ไตรมาส และประจำปี • ตรวจสอบและควบคุมกระบวนการทางการเงิน เช่น การชำระเงิน การรับเงิน และการบันทึกบัญชี • ติดตามสถานะทางการเงินของโครงการก่อสร้าง และรายงานความคืบหน้าทางการเงิน • ปฏิบัติงานตามกฎหมายการเงินที่เกี่ยวข้องและนโยบายของบริษัท • ควบคุมการใช้ระบบการเงินและบัญชีในบริษัท • สื่อสารกับทีมงานต่างๆ เพื่อจัดทำแผนการเงินและการประเมินความเสี่ยง
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขาการเงิน, บัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเงินและบัญชีในบริษัทรับเหมาก่อสร้าง อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
  3. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการทางการเงิน การบัญชี และกฎหมายภาษี
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ทางการเงิน เช่น MS Excel, ERP หรือโปรแกรมการเงินอื่นๆ ได้ดี
  5. มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและการนำเสนอข้อมูลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  6. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการทำงานร่วมกับทีม
  7. มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
  8. หากมีประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้างจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  9. หากเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
