Job Descriptions
Import Section
• Check information on shipping document before sending to forwarder
• Provide related documents and details of goods for supporting clearance process
• Apply information in IC system (RMTS 2011 and eMT) for clearance under BOI privilege
• Manage import documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and international trade requirements
• Apply information to TISI, e-surveillance, NSW, and DIT CBAM.
• Coordinate with material buyer, overseas, forwarder, and shipping for support process
• Coordinate with relevant parties such as excise department and customs department
Export Section
• Schedule the transportation for export goods
• Coordinate with shipping , agents, or customers, both domestic and oversea
• Coordinate with concerned parties to arrange smooth logistics process
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 23-45 ปี
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านนำเข้า-ส่งออก 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความรับผิดชอบต่องาน ตรงต่อเวลา
- หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
