Job Descriptions

-Collaborate with the Compliance Management Team to ensure alignment with HQ directives. - Align compliance policies with the organization's objectives and operations. -Provide continuous compliance support and guidance on legal and regulatory matters. -Communicate compliance requirements internally and conduct training for relevant stakeholders. -Monitor and enforce compliance with legal requirements to ensure business operations comply with regulations. -Work closely with business units and regulators to fully adhere to applicable rules and regulations. -Support administrative tasks for the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Shareholders' Meetings. -Provide consultation on Labor law, PDPA, and laws related to the business operations of foreign companies, such as FBL, BOI, etc.

Qualifications

Thai Nationality
Male / Female
Age 25 years up
Bachelor’s Degree in the Faculty of Law or related fields.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the legal and compliance field, having experience in an international firm.
Possession of a Thai Attorney-at-Law License
Strong communication, organization, and prioritizing, well-organized, detail-oriented, problem-solving skills.
Good communication in English and presentation skills
Good in Microsoft office (e.g., PowerPoint and word).
