- ดูแลเกี่ยวกับระบบบัญชีต่างๆ เช่น บัญชีเจ้าหนี้ บัญชีลูกหนี้ บัญชีการขาย ของบริษัท - ให้คำแนะนำ ปรึกษา ต่อผู้บริหารระดับสูงในด้านงานบัญชี - จัดทำรายงานทางด้านบัญชีนำเสนอต่อระดับบริหาร เช่นรายงานสต๊อก รายงานภาษี - ปิดต้นทุนขาย ต้นทุนผลิต เพื่อเตรียมปิดงบประจำเดือน 1. Daily tasks for a Bookkeeper. 2. Dealing with financial paperwork and filing (PV, RV and Pretty Cash). 3. Preparing and sending invoice and receipts to customer. 4. Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management such as cash flow, profit and loss statements. 5. Prepare monthly tax returns, along with payroll, operating and business taxes. 6. Coordinate with auditor and others. 7. Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านสายงานบัญชี 0-5 ปี ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
มีความรู้ด้านบัญชี AR/AP/GL และภาษีอากรเป็นอย่างดี
มีทักษะในด้านการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานบัญชีได้
บุคลิกภาพดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตรวจสอบบัญชีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
