Proficient in using and expanding recruitment channels, such as local Thai job boards, social media platforms, and talent markets, and able to accurately target candidates according to different job requirements to improve recruitment efficiency and quality.
Possess solid interviewing skills, capable of accurately assessing candidates' professional abilities, comprehensive qualities, and job fit through structured interviews, behavioral interviews, and scenario simulations to select excellent talent for the company.
Understand the principles and applications of talent assessment tools (such as personality tests and ability tests), and be able to reasonably use assessment results to assist in recruitment decisions, ensuring the scientificity and objectivity of recruitment.
Labor Laws and Regulations: Familiar with Thai labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to employment contracts, working hours, leave systems, social insurance, and labor dispute resolution, to ensure the compliance of the company's HR management and effectively prevent legal risks. In handling employee onboarding, offboarding, salary adjustments, performance evaluations, and other tasks, strictly adhere to legal requirements to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both the company and employees.
