Job Descriptions
Act as key interface between quality team and manufacturing teams to support improvement in quality management approach and the organization's compliance. Plan, control, and ensure product and process quality in an ISO development and manufacturing environment in accordance with business system/quality principles. Collaborate on manufacturing line allocation activities with the leadership team, product/project management and development to ensure delivery timelines satisfy business needs. To initiate/review/maintain control plan and follow up that all processes follow the control plan with high efficiency and also meet company requirements and the customer requirements. Work with internal and external to quickly and efficiently resolve quality issues that arise, as to prevent compromising quality and safety standards.
Drive non-conforming product reductions proactively in the product development process. Work with engineering and production to handle non-conforming, root cause analysis and mistake proofing. Conduct periodic quality system and process audits to ensure conformance to processes and procedures. conduct/facilitate continuous improvement events. Participant for process change activity and drive quality function. Supervision of Quality Assurance Section. (Incoming control, Final Control, General QC Inspector, In process Inspector,)
Qualifications
- Male, age 30-45 years
- Bachelor degree in engineering.
- 10 years of work experience in the quality function, with 5 years of experience in quality management.
- Problem solving skill and effectively communicate with teams across different organizations.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 / IATF16949:2016.
- Knowledge of reading drawings.
- Knowledge of QC tools, FMEA,8D, APQP, PPAP, SPC, Control Plan, Six sigma.
- Process change management, Project management., Documentation skill
- Can start work immediately will be considered as a special case.
