Job DescriptionsVespa Adventures is seeking a sales-driven, service-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Chiang Mai branch. The successful candidate will play a vital role in growing the business through proactive sales efforts, while ensuring the Vespa Adventures “Ride of Your Life” experience is consistently delivered at the highest standard.
This role is designed for a motivated individual with excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills. The focus is split into 75% sales activities and 25% branch management and operational excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, or tourism management
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in fast-paced environments
• Fluent in English (Thai or other language skills are a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering premium experiences
• Comfortable with CRM tools and data-driven performance tracking
• Passion for travel, culture, and creating unforgettable guest experiences

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales Development (75%)• Drive growth by actively pursuing new partnerships with travel agents (TAs), hotels, and tourism operators.• Conduct frequent sales calls, meetings, and relationship-building initiatives with current and prospectivepartners.• Manage cold outreach campaigns, including email and in-person visits to grow our presence in the localmarket.• Identify and secure new contracts and agreements that align with Vespa Adventures’ brand and servicestandards.• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and targeted promotional activities.Branch Operations & Guest Experience (25%)• Ensure delivery of Vespa Adventures’ quality standards, so every guest enjoys the “Ride of Your Life”experience.• Lead and support the branch team with daily operations, team scheduling, and service execution. • Uphold the highest levels of customer service and respond to guest feedback to improve experience andretention.• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and professionalism in all tour activities.• Supervise the onboarding, training, and development of staff to align with brand values and service culture.• Oversee logistics and back-end operations while keeping communication open with HQ and other branches.
