Job Descriptions
-Prepare and submit BOI project applications and promotion certificates
-Monitor and ensure compliance with BOI conditions and regulations
-Coordinate with BOI officers and other government agencies
-Maintain updated documentation for audits and inspections
-Assist in preparing BOI-related reports (e.g. BOI Form, Investment Reports)
-Handle procedures for importing raw materials and machinery under BOI privileges
-Support other departments in understanding and using BOI rights.
- Coordinate import and export shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoice, packing list, and bill of lading.
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies.
- Ensure compliance with import/export laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Track shipments and update relevant departments on delivery status.
- Handle import/export licenses and related permits.
-Maintain accurate records of shipments and customs clearance.
-Resolve issues related to delays, documentation, or compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in import-export or logistics.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Proficient in English and computer applications (MS Office, logistics software).
