Job Descriptions
•Repairing Machine and preventive maintenance
•Support Machine & Equipment for production line
•Control machine down time to achieve KPI
•Improvement defect and process
•Control spare part
•Modify machine and process
•Process improvement project and Suggestion for improvement
•Define standard process in accordance with product drawing and define standard time of each process step.
•Preparing for new process investment (Jig/Fixture, Tooling & Equipment, Line Measurement, Die Initial spare part, Machine & Facilities installed)
•Preliminary Process layout, Process flow chart, PFMEA, work standard, work instruction (Prototype control plan)
•Optimize machine utilization to delivery targets with cost, quality, and services.
•Participates in the assessment of business capabilities to diversify into new improvement.
•Implement and Manage Preventive Maintenance plan and adequate spare parts supply.
•Manage the service level of maintenance improvement program.
•Manage & Control and of Repair & Maintenance cost.
•Drive continuous improvement thru productivity program to deliver productivity project to achieve the target
•Support cost reduction of each project
•To improve POKAYOKE of each new project
Qualifications
- Male, age not over 30 years
- Minimum 1 years’ Experience in the field of automotive manufacturing /Electrical part. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineer or a related Engineer field
- Experience of production which is for soldering process using electric parts such as Surface mount, discreet mount, test.
- Have skill to solve problem machine and defect in production line.
- Knowledge of PCBA and PLC and Soldering will be advantage.
- Strong leadership skills and good team player that influences, motivates and educates other team members
- Good command of English, both writing and speaking skills.
- Have knowledge of TS 16949, ISO 9000, 5S, Kaizen, Suggestion and 7QC tools.
- Positive thinking, ability to work with crosses functional teams and good problem solving skills.
- Computer literacy-MS office, project
