The Account Officer is responsible for managing the financial records, handling accounting operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the finance team in daily accounting functions. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate books and ensuring timely financial reporting to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions (AP, AR, GL).
•Issue invoices and receipts; monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
•Record all financial transactions accurately in accounting software (Flow Account).
•Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and other financial records monthly.
•Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
•Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, forecasts, and budget tracking.
•Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (e.g., VAT, WHT) and support tax filing and audits.
•Communicate with vendors and clients on billing or payment matters.
•Coordinate with internal teams for project cost tracking and financial support.
•Support external auditors during financial audits.
