• Lead motor development projects from design to execution
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to define specifications
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments
• Manage project risks, budgets, and timelines
• Drive continuous improvement and support team growth
• Experience in motor manufacturing/testing and HVAC systems
• Understanding of quality standards
• English communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree of engineering fields
- 5 years in project management (product development preferred)
- Knowledge of motor design for electronic appliances
- Familiarity with FMEA, DRBFM, and DFM principles
- Strong leadership, coordination & communication skills
