Job Descriptions

Planning : 1Plan raw materials, production, and delivery schedules in alignment with customer requirements. 2Update and report the status of tasks and projects to management on a regular basis. 3Distribute supplier and customer forecasts or requirements to relevant departments. 4Follow up on shipments, orders, and claims with suppliers to ensure timely resolution. 5Implement and manage the ERP system for raw material (RM) and finished goods (FG) planning and inventory control. 6Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Managing Director. 7Take responsibility for all planning activities, including 5Ss, Safety, and Kaizen. 8Comply with environmental laws and safety regalation. 9Participate in setting guidelines for control and prevention in case, Environmental issues. 10Comply and Strict with waste management procedure. 11Participate in setting guidelines and take actions to ensure workplace safety. Production Control : 1Review daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. 2Review employee performance and operational efficiency. 3Summarize monthly performance and establish goals aligned with company objectives. 4Plan and direct training programs to promote continuous improvement in work skills, product quality, and organizational efficiency. 5Schedule worker overtime during peak periods or when necessary. 6Plan and maintain viable capacity models, including efficiency and yield assumptions. 7Assist the Production Manager in preparing and regularly reviewing production plans and schedules. 8Support the Production Manager in developing, implementing, reviewing, and updating production procedures to align with quality systems. 9Ensure production runs are completed on schedule, meet quality specifications, and are achieved at minimum cost. 10Supe

Qualifications

Thai nationality, Male or Female, age 26 and above.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, or related Engineering field.
At least 4 years of experience in Production and Planning functions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Manufacturing program system : ERP , SAP , MRP , Others will be an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
High level of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and able to handle additional work responsibilities.
Knowledge of QMS & EMS systems (ISO 9001, ISO/IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Good command of English (writing, reading, and speaking) is an advantage.
Working day is 6 days per week.
