Job Descriptions1. Provide day-to-day general IT support both online channel and walk-in
2. Dispatch jobs to a related person via IT ticket system including
handle/monitor and follow up until completing tickets in SLA.
3. Support users on office equipment at station
4. Set up and prepare IT devices and laptops (MacBook and Windows
laptops) and securely wipe all data from returned laptops
5. Prepare and ensure that meeting room devices and workstation work
smoothly.
6. Perform other tasks and projects assigned by supervisor or hiring manager
(including but not limited to processing documents, providing trainings to employees, etc.)
