Job Descriptions
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for both Retail Operations & Headquarter staffs
- Post and manage job advertisements across various platforms (e.g., JobThai, JobsDB, JobTopGun, Facebook groups).
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, walk-ins, referrals, etc.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and interview records.
- Help maintain updated employee files and recruitment records.
- Handle inquiries from applicants in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with additional administrative or HR-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Studying Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication skills in Thai and basic English.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace/Other office tools.
