Job Descriptions
Improve production efficiency by balancing production lines and applying Yamazumi charts
Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for waste reduction (Muda)
Lead and support TPS (Toyota Production System) and Kaizen activities
Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
Develop and modify work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Support and maintain automation equipment such as PLC, robots, and CNC lathe machines
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Use Microsoft Excel to analyze production data and create visual reports
Prepare technical presentations using PowerPoint to report progress and propose improvements
Read and interpret engineering drawings and part specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Age 25-35 Year Old
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of TPS, lean manufacturing, and production line improvement techniques
- Familiar with PLC programming, robot systems, and CNC machinery
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, graphing) and PowerPoint
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and production layouts
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Good command of English communication skills
