Job Descriptions

1. Responsible for planning and monitoring new model development to ensure compliance with all customer requirements, including APQP, FMEA, tooling preparation, and trial production. 2. Control Engineering change notice (ECN) and implement to production line. 3. Prepare and sharing information for new product to all concerning person to achieve all customer requirement (kick off & transfer project). 4. Control VAVE project to achieve company target. 5. Design and improve packing standard. 6. Preparation the document of PPAP new model. 7. Inspection 100% of new model parts. 8. Responding to 8D reports

Qualifications

Male and Female age 28-40 years old.
Bachelor’s Degree & Above Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design
Experience in new product/ project development
Experience Core Quality Tools: PFMEA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent problem solving skills plan new project
Proven knowledge or certifications of IATF16949
Proven knowledge or certifications of core Quality Tools: PFMEA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP.
Computer Literacy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP Systems.
Knowledge of electric vehicles (EV) and sustainability trends in the automotive industry is a plus.
AI assistance: Explore and utilize AI to assist a regular task become more concisely.
Basic user, able to communicate in English (read/ write/ speak)
