Job DescriptionsAs a Product Manager, you will perform the following tasks under the General Manager Supervision:
•Develop and manage tourism products, including tours, packages, and transportation services tailored to a specific key account customer.
•Source, negotiate, and maintain contracts with hotels, transportation companies, guides, and other service providers
•Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and improve product offering
•Design travel itineraries and service descriptions, ensuring feasibility, quality, and alignment with company and key account customer standards
•Work closely with the Reservations and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of products and accurate communication of service details
•Update and maintain pricing sheets, allotments, and contract terms in the internal system
•Audit hotel partners and service providers periodically to ensure service quality and compliance with agreements
•Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including attending trade shows, hotel inspections, and networking events
•Monitor product performance and customer feedback, and propose improvements or new products accordingly
•Coordinate with the marketing team to support product promotions, campaigns, and brochures
•Assist in preparing reports on product performance, cost structure, and supplier cooperation
•Handle issue resolution related to hotel bookings or supplier services
•Perform various administrative tasks as required
•Handle the Tour Hotline, including weekend duty on a rotating basis
•Represent the company at networking events and industry-related functions as needed
•Manage 1 assistant from Reservation Team
