Job DescriptionsMain Responsibilities
As a Tour Manager, you will perform the following tasks under the supervision of the General Manager Supervision:
•Propose, prepare, and oversee tours and transport services, ensuring smooth coordination and high service quality
•Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers via email and telephone
•Assist in preparing documents for Private Transportation, particularly for additional services and outings for international schools (e.g., job orders for drivers, invoices, welcome boards, accounting vouchers, etc.)
•Support the sales team by handling agent and customer inquiries related to tour services and reservations
•Perform various administrative tasks as required
•Handle the Tour Hotline, including weekend duty on a rotating basis
•Represent the company at networking events and industry-related functions as needed
