Job Descriptions
工作内容รายละเอียดงาน:
1. 建立、推行并维护公司质量管理体系（如 ISO9001、IATF16949 等），确保体系运行有效。Establish, implement, and maintain the company’s quality management system (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) to ensure its effective operation.
2. 制定并监控质量目标与KPI，推动各部门持续改善，提升整体质量绩效。Define and monitor quality objectives and KPIs; promote continuous improvement across departments to enhance overall quality performance.
3. 管理进料、制程与出货品质，分析并处理各类品质异常，确保产品符合标准。Manage incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality control; analyze and handle quality issues to ensure products meet standards.
4. 主导客户投诉、退货及不良分析，组织并落实纠正与预防措施。Lead customer complaints, returns, and defect investigations; organize and implement corrective and preventive actions.
5. 统筹内部审核、客户审核及第三方审核工作，确保审核顺利通过。Oversee internal audits, customer audits, and third-party audits to ensure successful compliance and certification.
6. 培训与提升员工的质量意识与技能，建立全员参与的质量文化。Train and improve employees’ quality awareness and skills; foster a culture of total quality participation.
7. 分析质量数据，定期输出质量报告，向管理层提供改进建议与决策依据。Analyze quality data, generate regular quality reports, and provide improvement suggestions and decision-making support to management.
Qualifications
- Over 3 years of work experience or inspection-related work experience is preferred。
- ความรู้ ISO9001
- Eight disciplines problem solving（8D）
- Failure Modes and Effects Analysis （FMEA）
- Statistical process control（SPC）
- ความรู้การจัดการ การควบคุมคุณภาพการผลิต（stamping）
