Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives and expand market presence in the food/ sweet and confectionary industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and strategic partnerships, particularly within the food/ sweet and confectionary sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing new products items , expanding new branches of Sriwanna Shops , managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across domestic and/or international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth in the food/ sweet and confectionary sector (retail, wholesale, distributor, importer and food service, B2B and etc.)
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, customers, and distribution channels (local and international)
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, distributors, and partners
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform business decisions
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align offerings with customer needs
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the brand and generate leads
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
Set and track sales targets, prepare regular performance reports, and adjust strategies accordingly
Monitor customer satisfaction and work to improve retention and upselling opportunities
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations when entering new markets
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing is preferable or a related fields as key responsibilities
