Key Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
• Plan, coordinate, and execute in-house and collaborative events (e.g. launch parties, workshops, pop-ups, private bookings)
วางแผน ประสานงาน และดำเนินกิจกรรมทั้งในร้านและกิจกรรมร่วมกับพันธมิตร เช่น งานเปิดตัว เวิร์กชอป ป๊อปอัพ และการจองพื้นที่ส่วนตัว
• Work closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align event concepts with brand image
ทำงานร่วมกับทีมการตลาด ครีเอทีฟ และทีมปฏิบัติการ เพื่อให้งานสอดคล้องกับภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์
• Source and coordinate with vendors, partners, performers, and suppliers
ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้จัดจำหน่าย พาร์ทเนอร์ ศิลปิน หรือซัพพลายเออร์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• Manage event budgets, timelines, checklists, and on-site logistics

• Handle guest experience from RSVP to event day, ensuring smooth flow and positive vibe

• Collect feedback and report on event performance for future improvements

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or F&B-related events มีประสบการณ์จัดงานอีเวนต์ ธุรกิจบริการ หรือร้านอาหารอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills มีความสามารถในการจัดการและทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้ดี
- Creative thinker with attention to detail มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
- Confident communication skills in Thai and intermediate English สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ดี และมีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลาง
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และปรับตัวได้ดีเมื่อเกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลง
- Familiarity with branding, social media, and event trends is a plus หากมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับแบรนด์ โซเชียลมีเดีย และเทรนด์อีเวนต์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
