Job Descriptions

-Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels of the organization. -Identify and assess employee training needs. -Design and deliver training programs that are engaging and effective. -Facilitate training sessions and workshops. -Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. -Maintain training records and documentation. -Assist on searching external training profile and propose to the superior for review. -Assist administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, report preparation, and document management, maintains employee records and file, stocks and other events arranged by HR and company. -Ensures compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. -Strictly follow the company’s regulation, policies and procedures, including to integrity and code of conduct in operating the business. -Follow local laws in Occupational Safety and Health. -Others as assigned by superior.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Administration, Human Resources, Human Science or related field.
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in HR Development, Training, or People Development.
Strong knowledge of HRD principles such as training & development, performance development, and talent management.
Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing.
Integrity and confidentiality in handling HR matters.
Ability to plan and manage training programs systematically, with clear processes and timely execution.
