Job Descriptions

- Lead, Develop, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems.(QMS - Supervise and mentor QA team members, providing guidance and training. - Conduct audits (internal/external) and quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, Country Standard, etc.). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement. - Implement quality control processes and procedures to meet and exceed customer’s standard - Implement a program continuous improvement as it relayed to QA and QC - Develop the necessary quality assurance document and report - Provide leadership and training for all QA/QC personnel that will assure all personnel are working to the same quality standards - Audit internal and external quality inspection processes and result - To summarize warranty analysis report by monthly. - To take care warranty document in order to follow IATF 16949. - Any job for assignment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years’ experience in the QMS function in Automotive will be advantage.
Good knowledge in IATF 16949, ISO14000 , Q1 and ISO45001
Good English communication skill.
