- Define Scope & Objectives: Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define the project scope, measurable objectives, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the project team, assigning tasks, defining roles and responsibilities (e.g., using a RACI matrix), and ensuring accountability.
- Proactive Identification: Identify, analyze, and document potential project risks and issues early in the project life cycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Engineering).
- 5+ years of experience managing complex projects in Business IT.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix-managed environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
