Job Descriptions
1.To Archive accounting document and follow up the tax invoice and receipt.
2.To prepare document for internal and external auditors.
3.To handle admin work for finance department, such as apply PO or manage office stationary.
4.To Interpret work discussion between Thai and Chinese.
5.Other assignment appointed by the supervisor
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
จัดเก็บเอกสารทางบัญชีและติดตามใบกำกับภาษีและใบเสร็จรับเงิน
จัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับผู้สอบบัญชีภายในและภายนอก
ดูแลงานธุรการของฝ่ายการเงิน เช่น การขอเปิด PO หรือการจัดการอุปกรณ์เครื่องเขียนสำนักงาน
เป็นล่ามในการสนทนาหรือการประชุมระหว่างคนไทยและคนจีน
งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- Can communicate in Chinese (be able to read traditional Chinese is prefer)
- Fresh graduate is welcom
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ (ถ้าอ่านภาษาจีนตัวเต็มได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- ยินดีรับพนักงานจบใหม่
- หากสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาจีนได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
