Optical Performance Validation Compare resolution (MTF), color reproduction accuracy (Delta E < 3), and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) before and after testing to detect performance degradation. Pre-Mass Production Validation Evaluate Electrical Test (EQ) pass rates of small-batch trial production modules and establish manufacturing inspection standards (e.g., ISP parameter tolerance ranges). Critical Parameter Monitoring Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems to track key metrics like lens eccentricity and solder joint defect rates.
