-Conduct research on automotive market trends, industry developments, and future mobility directions in Thailand and Asia-Pacific markets. -Analyze consumer demand, vehicle usage patterns, and customer preferences to support product planning and development strategies. -Conduct competitive benchmarking of vehicle models, including product positioning, specifications, pricing, and key strengths of competing brands. -Research and evaluate market positioning opportunities for current and future vehicle products, providing recommendations for product definition and planning. -Support product portfolio planning, vehicle layout strategy, and product mix optimization for overseas markets. -Collect, interpret, and summarize local automotive regulations, industry standards, government policies, and market requirements relevant to vehicle development. -Monitor customer feedback, market sentiment, media reports, and online reviews to generate actionable insights for product improvement and strategic decision-making. -Participate in product definition activities and support the implementation of product planning requirements throughout the vehicle development process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in market research, product planning, product strategy, automotive consulting, or related automotive industry functions.
Familiarity with market analysis, consumer research, competitive benchmarking, product planning, and product definition methodologies.
Strong analytical, research, and logical thinking skills with the ability to interpret market data and generate strategic insights.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools is an advantage.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) for business communication; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
Able to work independently in a dynamic, multicultural, and cross-functional environment.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
