Job DescriptionsJob Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies on the TikTok platform to drive GMV growth and expand customer reach.
2. Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and campaign performance to continuously optimize strategy.
3. Manage TikTok Shop operations, including product listing, pricing, promotion setup, stock management, and order issue resolution.
4. Plan and execute TikTok campaigns in coordination with the platform, such as Flash Sale, Super Brand Day, and Mega Campaigns.
5. Collaborate with KOLs/Creators to plan engaging livestreams and short-form content to boost sales.
6. Oversee the livestreaming team:
6.1 Plan and coordinate livestream schedules.
6.2 Organize product scripts, props, and weekly livestream content.
6.3 Monitor and troubleshoot issues during live broadcasts.
7. Manage livestream technical setup:
7.1 Operate and configure OBS Studio and/or TikTok Live Studio for professional-quality streams.
7.2 Set up visuals, sound, scenes, and media files for smooth execution.
8. Have the ability to do livestream via Tiktok platform.
9. Communicate with TikTok (Thailand and Regional teams) to stay updated on platform. changes and campaign opportunities.
10. Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align and share E-commerce promotions and campaign details for consistent messaging across paid media and organic content.
11. Coordinate with graphic design and content teams to prepare visuals and promotional materials for campaigns and TikTok Shop.
