Job Descriptions
- Handles the content safety of short-video products to ensure legal compliance.
- Coordinate with supervisors to deal with contents violating community guidelines and update operations standard.
- Perform audit of contents received for sharing on social media uploads.
- Review online videos / content / complaints / legal notices received from end-customer on incorrect decisions taken related to copyright work materials.
- Review and update content on popular social media platforms.
- AS per the role : there is possibility to be exposed to potentially harmful or sensitive content in each shift. Personal traits and self-management skills are needed to manage unique risks at a fast-paced environment within the industry.
Qualifications
- Vocational Certificate or Higher in any field.
- Enjoys spending time watching social media feed (is an advantage).
- Capable of withstanding potentially sensitive contents.
- English communication skill (B2 Results) + good verbal communication.
- Khmer and Thai Proficiency (review Khmer content).
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Start work immediately is an advantage.
