Sourcing and Process Engineer – Automotive Components & Materials ________________________________________ Drive Your Career Forward with Us! We are looking for a Sourcing and Process Engineer who is eager to learn and grow in the fast-moving world of automotive manufacturing — with a unique opportunity to deepen expertise in raw materials, components, and supplier development. Whether you're experienced in procurement or an engineer passionate about materials and supply chain, this role is your gateway to becoming a key contributor in our global sourcing strategy. ________________________________________ 🔍 What You’ll Be Doing •Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers for automotive components and raw materials •Support cost analysis, RFQs, and supplier negotiations to achieve best-value sourcing •Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet project and sourcing targets •Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement •Assist in aligning sourcing practices with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements •Gain hands-on exposure to varied engineering materials, and electronic component sourcing ________________________________________ 🌱 What You’ll Gain •Real-world exposure to global supply chain strategies and vendor management •Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Logistics •Knowledge development in material specs, applications, and supplier technologies •Career path opportunities in global sourcing, supplier development, or commodity management •Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives oTOEIC >550 -> additional 3,000 THB/month oTOEIC >785 -> additional 6,000 THB/month

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, or related field)
1–5 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, or engineering—preferably in the automotive industry
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
Good command of Thai and English (TOEIC > 550)
