Job Descriptions
1.Directly responsible for the head of the injection molding department, reporting to him, and obeying his management and work arrangement
2.Responsible for the process and technical problems on the injection molding production site and solve the problems
3.Participate in new product development technical review (injection molding process, mold structure), and propose injection molding technical renovation plan
4.Responsible for the preparation and improvement of injection molding process and the introduction of new production process to improve the level of workshop processing technology
5.Perform standard control and management of injection molding process and daily operation as required
6.Lead injection molding cost reduction and efficiency improvement work, improve the technical ability of process team and make continuous improvement
7.Study production process, optimize process plan, and propose effective solution and report
8.Conduct process analysis of nonconforming products with complex reasons, formulate and implement corrective and preventive measures
9.Carry out special improvement activities, assist the head of the class to implement the work plan and goals, promote the achievement of the annual goals of the department team, and regularly summarize the work progress and report to the superior
10.At least 3 years of experience in the vehicle lighting industry.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree and above
- Major in Mechanical automation and management
- Above 3 years ability to adjust and optimize plastic forming process
- Basic English or Chinese
- Strong ability of plastic forming process adjustment and design optimization
- Familiar with and master IATF16949 system and relative requirements
