Job Descriptions
Execution and Responsibilities :
1) Department responsibility
Production ,IE , R&D , Production Planning , Maintenance ,QC&QA ,Waehouse&Logistic , HR Recruitment
2) Restructure and Reorganize all departments
2.1Set up job function for all departments. ,2.2Set up KPI for all staffs
2.3Set up management system for all operations., 2.4Set up QMS ISO&IATF system.
2.5Implement Lean manufacturing system.
2.6Set up company Budget & Forecast and Business plan.
2.7Set up Budget plan for all departments.
3) Cost saving
3.1Increaes efficiency/10% per year. ,3.2 Increase yield of materials.
3.3Reduce loss time., 3.4Reduce NG rate.
3.5Control OT of staffs & operators.,3.6Implement Kaizens activity.
3.7Improve Line balancing and monitoring Cost per set.
3.8Improve multi skill for all operators.
3.9Improve delivery cost to prevent premium freight.
3.10 Improve 5S to Excellence.
4) Execution
4.1Ensure ERP System fully operate for whole operation.
4.2Ensure all staffs to achieve KPI.
4.3Ensure all document ISO and quality system.
4.4Verify all operation report : Daily ,Weekly and Monthly report.
4.5Verify WIP & stock movement before send to Financial monthly.
4.6Verify monthly department budget.
4.7Verify cost saving report.
4.8Verify KPI monthly report.
4.9Verify cost per set.
4.10Verify costing of product before make and submit quotation.
4.11Verify production planning.
4.12Improve weakness in all process & operation.
4.13Monitoring all staffs for daily work function.
4.14Ensure all staffs to post their document on time.
4.15Deliver work assignment within the targe
4.16Ability to work out costing.
4.17Motivate all staf
4.18Drive all manager and staff to job functions.
4.19Recruit new operator within target date.
4.20Strict control discipli
Qualifications
- Thai nationality, Male , 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Basic salary is THB50,000 - 60,000 per month.
- More than >10 years experience as IE function and >5 years experience as Factory operation.
- Excellent for cost saving and improvement project.
- Ability to do manufacturing planning : Materials planning & Production planning.
- Having technical knowledge related to automotive parts , interior parts.
- Knowledge of QMS system : ISO9001&14001&45001 and ISO/IATF16949 and Others.
- High skill of using computer : MS office such as Excel / Powerpoint , AutoCad , Solid Work , Etc.
- Having knowledge of Manufacturing program system : ERP , SAP , MRP , Others.
- Research and develop experience with presentation skill.
- Presence , Good personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and able to handle additional work responsibilities.
- Must be excellence in English : writing ,reading and speaking.
- Japanese and Chinese language ability is advantage (Business communication).
