Job Descriptions
1.Welcome and assist patients, providing professional consultation and guidance on the clinic’s treatments and procedures to ensure patients receive useful and accurate information for their care.
2.Deliver services in a professional, patient-centered manner to build strong relationships and drive customer engagement.
3.Maintain and enhance the clinic’s image and credibility to retain existing patients while actively expanding the patient base.
4.Execute and continuously improve consultation processes to achieve business objectives and maximize patient satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Airline Business, or relevant disciplines
- Good command of English
- Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic about providing excellent service
- Strong leadership skills with excellent problem-solving and management abilities
- Flexible to work according to a shift schedule, including weekend shifts
- Available to work six days weekly
- Experience in service business operations or management is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
