Job Descriptions
• Manage and maintain the Wealth related System to support efficient and scalable delivery of wealth and investment products.
• Coordinate system readiness and operational processes to ensure smooth business execution.
• Develop and maintain system procedures, user guides, and workflows for frontline and support teams.
• Analyze and optimize processes to improve efficiency and support automation initiatives.
• Support for new system launches, system enhancements, and process updates.
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Wealth related systems, Banking Systems, or Financial System Support.
- Strong understanding of wealth & investment business processes and ability to align them with IT systems
- Analytical mindset with experience in process improvement and optimization
- Knowledge of Excel, or reporting/analytics tools is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing complex system issues
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and data security requirements
