Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and submit BOI applications, including investment promotion projects, to the Board of Investment. Coordinate with BOI officers and government agencies regarding application processes, approvals, and compliance requirements. Monitor and ensure the company’s compliance with BOI regulations, conditions, and reporting obligations. Handle BOI-related privileges such as tax incentives, import duty exemptions, and work permit/visa support. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BOI projects. Support internal departments (e.g., Accounting, HR, Logistics, Production) on BOI-related matters. Provide updates on BOI laws, regulations, and incentive programs to management. Prepare periodic reports and presentations to management regarding BOI project status and benefits.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law, Economics, or related fields.
  2. At least 1–3 years of experience in BOI affairs, government relations, or compliance.
  3. Strong knowledge of BOI rules, investment promotion laws, and tax privileges.
  4. Good communication skills in both Thai and English (spoken and written).
  5. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  7. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate effectively with both government agencies and internal teams.
  8. Experience working in a BOI-promoted company.
  9. Familiarity with customs procedures, tax compliance, or legal documentation.
  10. Ability to communicate in Chinese or Japanese will be an advantage.
