As an Automate Tester, you’ll design and execute test cases, develop cutting-edge automation solutions, and ensure seamless performance across our products. Responsibilities • Design and implement system test cases to ensure functionality and reliability. • Record and analyze test results, providing detailed feedback to the development team. • Develop comprehensive test cases covering both functional and non-functional aspects for each sprint to support the development team effectively. • Report defects to the bug tracking system with clear and concise details. • Design and execute automated tests, including UI automation using Playwright and API automation, to achieve comprehensive coverage and efficiency. • Drive product quality by actively contributing to the design process, including UX/UI considerations, technical tasks, and user stories. • Ensure product quality by monitoring production issues proactively and collaborating with relevant teams to implement effective solutions. • Create performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter for performance testing. • Coordinate with developers, product owners, and product design teams in an agile methodology to resolve software errors. • Facilitate and manage the User Acceptance Testing process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in software testing for junior positions.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing for senior positions.
Familiarity with automated and performance testing tools is an advantage.
Prior experience in coding, business, or design will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge of SQL statements, stored procedures, and queries is a plus.
A proactive team player with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
Willingness to work on-site with flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours and effectively collaborate with C-level executives, stakeholders, and clients.
Experience in automation testing and/or holding ISEB/ISTQB certification is a plus.
Proficiency in Thai and English communication skills.
