Job Descriptions

• Providing legal advisory to the management and business operation. • Drafting and reviewing contract in supporting various corporate and commercial transactions both domestic and international. • Preparing documents for company registration. • Support and control all works in team. • To support on investigation and follow up with the corrective and preventive status and report to the management. • Other works as assigned. Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Work Location: O-NES Tower (BTS Nana) PRR: 85025

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in law.
Lawyer's License or Graduate from Thai Bar is preferable.
At least 6 years of experience in legal practice or as an in-house counsel.
Ability to communicate efficiently to both legal and business professionals, with fluency in Thai and English (written and spoken).
Have leadership and be able to manage a team.
Strong drafting and legal analysis skills.
Highly committed, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to multi-task, strong logical thinking, having problem solving, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
