Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for overall in warehouse management.
2. Define the system and process for warehouse management, daily operation management (6S, report, etc.)
3. Define and improve material flow and control process, monitor physical goods and stock ledger, improve stock accuracy.
4. Motivate and develop people in WH, coach subordinate.
5. Warehouse resource planning, support company business requirement
6. Control and management receiving area and Finish Goods warehouse.
7. Supervising warehouse keeper and daily activities.
8. Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation
9. Control of Fork Lift Truck management to ensure full operational capacity and achieve daily targets
10. Establish, maintain procedure, WI, check list, etc. according to Quality Management System.
11. Prepare shipping documentation and other related paperwork.
12. Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, or related fields
- Above 2 years relative work experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills required with thorough working knowledge of QC tools, methods and practices.
