Role Overview :
The QMS Engineer is responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures. This role supports QA process inspections, internal and external audits, and validation document review to drive continual quality improvement across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities :
• Handling QA process inspections, including conducting audits, preparing reports, and ensuring timely follow-up of actions to verify completion and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely closure of findings from QA inspection and External inspection.
• Lead and resolve quality issue within-house stakeholder though corrective and preventive action (CAPA) process.
• Maintain QMS documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in training and awareness activities related to QMS compliance.
• Apply new methods or approaches to make QMS job smoother and more effective.
• Execute project and any others related activities as directed by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Quality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, QMS, or Regulatory Compliance in a regulated industry (medical device/pharmaceutical preferred).
- Experience in conducting or supporting audits (internal, customer, or regulatory).
- Prior exposure to validation and risk assessment processes is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP).
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Audit training or certification (e.g., ISO 13485 Lead Auditor) is an advantage.
- AI knowledge will be more advantage
- Good Command in English both verbal and written
