Job Descriptions

- Develop and implement retail leasing strategies to optimize space utilization and maximize rental income. - Lead the leasing team in identifying and securing new tenants aligned with brand positioning and market trends. - Negotiate lease agreements, rental terms, and renewals with both new and existing tenants. - Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer behavior to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Oversee leasing documentation including proposals, agreements, and payment follow-ups. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key tenants and stakeholders. - Provide leadership, coaching, and performance evaluations to sales/leasing team members. - Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless tenant onboarding and operations. - Handle other tasks as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail space leasing, preferably within shopping malls or commercial centers.
Strong sales, negotiation, and coordination skills with excellent interpersonal communication.
Must own a personal vehicle and possess a valid driving license.
