Job Descriptions
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional requirements and user stories.
- Act as a liaison between business users and development teams, ensuring solutions meet business goals.
- Create business process models, use-case diagrams, and workflow documentation to support solution design.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and desired systems or processes, and recommend improvements.
- Support project planning by contributing to scope, timeline, and resource estimations.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to drive consensus.
- Work closely with QA to review test cases and ensure requirements are properly validated.
- Assist in change management and user training as needed during project rollouts.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system integration concepts.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and adaptable to change.
