Job Descriptions

1. Design, implement, and continuously improve brazing processes for various materials to ensure quality and efficiency. 2. Develop and maintain Brazing Procedure Specifications (BPS) and ensure compliance with industry standards such as AWS, ASME, and ISO. 3. Select appropriate filler metals, fluxes, shielding gases, and recommend upgrades or purchase of brazing and heat treatment equipment. 4. Conduct procedure qualification tests (PQRs), perform metallurgical evaluations, and qualify new equipment and processes. 5. Work with quality assurance teams to ensure processes meet internal and external specifications, support audits, and lead root cause investigations for defects. 6. Provide technical support and training to production teams, resolve issues, and ensure the manufacturability of joints. 7. Maintain detailed records of brazing activities, inspection reports, and traceability logs. 8. Drive cost reductions and cycle time improvements through process innovation and the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
