Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities (R&R):
(1) Identify and develop new business opportunities in Contract Logistics (Warehouse Management & Transportation Services).
(2) Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting, cold calling, client visits, solution presentation, proposal preparation, to closing deals.
(3) Analyze customer requirements, design tailored solutions and work closely with the operation team to ensure feasibility and competitiveness.
(4) Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.
(5) Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects in line with company strategy.
(6) Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and business analysis for management review.
(7) Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and potential upselling.
(8) Stay updated with industry trends, competitors’ activities, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and risks.
