Job Descriptions

Job Responsibilities: •Designing Molds that satisfy technical requirements for the intended product and process, ensuring reliability during operation as well as product manufacturability and quality. •Proposing potential adjustments in the mold designs to improve the mold performance. •Proposing improvements to current Mold design standards and guidelines based on new knowledge or positive experiences of previous projects. •Ensuring the effective management of Mold CAD design information and releases for construction. •Control 2D/3D data for updates and review 2D/3D from the customer before issuing all concerns •Design new products to provide for customers. •Knowledge of GD&T to control customer requirements. •Review customer specifications and testing. •Follow up working & support fitting assembly new mold. •Good Knowledge of the APQP process and able to follow up schedule APQP plan for design &Dev. •Find out new solutions for Dev. new product & process. •Follow requirements / participate in support activities of ISO9001: 2015 / IATF16949:2016 / ISO14001: 2015/ ISO45001:2018 •Making monthly reports on development activities. •Other job assigned by superior, and mentioned in all regulations, manual Working date: Mon - Sat (work every other Saturday - ทำงานวันเสาร์ เว้น เสาร์)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mold and Tool Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
At least 2 years’ experience in Injection molding
Knowledge of Injection mold (or metal mold) structure AD, CAM software
In-depth knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software prefer Unigraphics NX (UG) and Solid work
Ability to plan, schedule, co-ordinate and solve problems effectively.
Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
Knowledge of IATF 16945, FMEA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001
