Job Descriptions

1. Warehouse Planning: Oversee overall warehouse planning and layout to ensure optimal use of space and improve storage efficiency. 2. Systematic Warehouse Management: Establish warehouse management systems, policies, and procedures, and supervise their implementation to ensure standardized and regulated operations. Continuously optimize warehouse management processes and methods to improve operational efficiency. Monitor industry trends and new technologies, and introduce advanced management tools and techniques. 3. Warehouse Operations Management: Apply scientific warehouse management methods to improve resource utilization and reduce logistics and warehousing costs. Monitor warehouse operating costs and propose and implement cost control measures to lower overall operating expenses. 4. Inbound and Outbound Goods Management: Supervise warehouse staff in maintaining accurate inbound and outbound records. Ensure timely registration of all stock movements and organize regular inventory counts to ensure consistency between physical stock and records. 5. Warehouse 6S Management: Conduct regular inspections of 6S implementation. Organize daily cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse environment to prevent goods from moisture damage or deterioration. Take full responsibility for warehouse safety management, ensuring the safe operation of personnel, materials, equipment, and facilities. 6. Inventory Management: Set safety stock levels based on warehouse capacity and issue inventory warnings in a timely manner. 7. Team Management: Responsible for building and managing the warehouse team, including recruitment, selection, training, and performance evaluation, to develop an efficient and professional warehouse management team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management; experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of warehouse planning, inventory control, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Familiar with warehouse 6S management and safety regulations; strong awareness of cost control and risk management.
Proven ability to optimize warehouse processes and improve operational efficiency.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage.
Good communication skills; ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently with a high sense of responsibility.
Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) for daily work communication; proficiency in speaking and reading Chinese is required.
