Position Overview As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Gosoft, you will bridge the gap between software development and IT operations. You will design, build, and maintain highly reliable, scalable, and secure systems to support mission-critical applications, including retail, logistics, and financial platforms used by millions of customers daily. Key Responsibilities Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance of cloud-native and on-premises applications. Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes using tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch. Automate deployment, scaling, and management of applications using Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with development teams to design scalable architectures and improve system performance. Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost optimization for AWS and hybrid cloud environments. Manage observability and root cause analysis of production incidents, ensuring quick resolution and prevention of future issues. Implement best practices in system security, compliance, and disaster recovery (DR). Support critical applications by participating in on-call rotation and handling incident escalations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
Strong knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, EKS) or other major cloud providers (GCP/Azure).
Hands-on experience with Datadog, Dynatrace, Prometheus, or other observability tools.
Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Go, Bash, or similar).
Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems, networking, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitbucket, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
