Job Descriptions

Responsibility - Develop maintenance plans, systematically maintain equipment, and conduct daily inspections and patrols to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. - In the process of equipment maintenance and repair, it is the responsibility and obligation to comply with relevant safety regulations and supervise relevant personnel to comply, ensuring that the safety of personnel and equipment is conscientiously implemented. - Timely and thorough elimination of equipment failures to ensure production efficiency. - Supervise and standardize personnel operations to ensure the accuracy and safety of equipment operation. - Train employees to operate, participate in employee management, and supervise the implementation of various systems - Conduct 5M1E supervision and inspection. - Participate in process management and quality improvement work, propose and follow up on various suggestions related to equipment improvement and cost savings, actively innovate, and summarize experience. - Control production costs, mainly including the consumption of various water, electricity, and gas. - Compile equipment operation instructions, operating procedures, maintenance procedures, and other relevant work instruction documents. - Complete various work summary reports and analysis, improvement, or evaluation reports. - Equipment stability detection and equipment parameter calibration. - Complete the equipment upgrading of the equipment room and the installation and commissioning of various assigned new equipment and equipment transformations. - Complete other work tasks assigned by the Level 1 Central Control Room, including carrying out work across regions Key point : Able to participate in an on-the-job training or study visit in China for a minimum of 6 months.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any related fields
2-5 Years working experience in PCB industry
Knowledge in PCB (printed circuit board), electrical control, mechanical principles, etc.
Have ability to decision-making, analyze and solve problems, communication and execution.
Good command in English or ability to Speak Chinese in Plus
